I am a work in progress on a lot of things. When I read the prompt “un/pack” my first thought was emotional baggage. Hmmm…. yes my week was that bad. Why do I still question myself? Why do I still care what other people think? Yes, I have gotten better with shaking things off and stopping the downward spiral sooner.
I guess it starts with recognizing when you are heading down a dark path. I know I can never eliminate negative thoughts. So the best I can do is to shake things off sooner. Realize I am enough. Also realize I still have stuff to unpack.
