Weekly journaling – week 35

Aug 27    My favorite home-cooked dinner. If I am tired it is an egg/cheese on an English muffin.

Aug 28    My all-time favorite fictional character. This is a hard one and I have left this question trying to think of  my favorite.  For today, at least, I’m going with Elizabeth Bennett from Pride and Prejudice and Amelia Peabody who is Elizabeth Peters fictional character.

Aug 29    3 things I’m thankful for today

  1. Blue sky and warm out
  2. My walk to the library at lunch time
  3. A friend came for a visit after supper

Aug 30    Good feelings  bottled up:  discovering a new book series. If anyone has any recommendations please bring them on!

Aug 31   Hierarchy of my needs right now:

  1. Mostly in need of more sleep
  2. Lots of water. I am so NOT getting enough.
  3. A little bit of crafting inspiration!

Sept 1 / 2   a lovely moment spent inside my comfort zone. It was a beautiful long Labour Day weekend here. On the holiday Monday I sat on the balcony with a coffee and decorating magazine. Felt lovely with the heat.

You can always start now!

I have been so absent this past month! I apologize. I wanted to do the moon blog battle but alas, couldn’t motivate myself. But I’m back now! I think I burned out in the previous month…badly…and needed time to recoup (sp?). Will you be participating in November?

Yes. NaNo motivates me. Also in past years we have had an active local so meet up planned. I want to try a totally different genre this year. We should check to see if Blog Battle is happening in September.

I’m good with the water if it is right in front of me. At work I’m filling my water bottle as soon as I get to work. That is working. I’m enjoying the creative calendar! Thanks for visiting.
