Angel Card – Transformation

transformation

My weekly Angel Card has led me to transformation.   I mean both the Angel Card and creating the life I want.  Some days it is a constant struggle to keep it together – you know the days when you feel fragile and just breathing is about all you can manage.  Transformation for me is a slow process.  I am someone who has always had to weigh the pros and cons of decisions.  I am getting better at making snap decisions and listening to my gut more (thank you Wanda).

So thinking about what transformation means me, leads me to thinking about growth.  That might be a leap but I’m thinking of transformation in growing into my full potential.  Finally tapping into my potential or maybe just finally realising it.  Transforming into the person I want to be (or am working on).   My dictionary definition for transformation is change shape, character of.   So what will my transformation look like?  I have my personal mission statement so that is a place to start.  Shaping or transforming my character/life into more of who I want to be.  Maybe more compassionate.  More outrageous.  More focused.  I am thinking of transformation as shedding of out-dated ideas and opinions.  Shaking off doubts of self-worth, grabbing opportunities when I see them.  Peeling away and revealing more of my authentic self.

I would love to hear what transformation means to you and/or how you are transforming!.  Share in the comments.

You can always start now!

I have been in the process of a focused transformation for the past two months. I’ve been blogging on my experiment called the 3×3 Project based on an online friend Slade Roberson’s post called Change Your Life in 3 Months. It is amazing how I have transformed into a much more confident blogger since starting this project.
My words of wisdom to you is, even teeny weeny baby steps are still steps towards any transformation. The key is to take those steps.

I so agree. Teeny weeny baby steps are still moving you in the right direction. I think the majority of people want instant results and often transformation doesn’t work that way. I am someone who enjoys the process and planning of getting somewhere. So yes to taking those keys! Thank you for taking the time to comment it means a lot.

I think it is so important to recognise and act on the need to transform. The thing with transformation is its can be a dark and murky path, but one you have to travel if you want change. I think we go through many transformations in life, and its all good when you get to the other side. Good luck!

Agree. It is a bit like painting a room you shouldn’t make a judgement until you have completed the job (transformation). Just seeing a partial journey (one coat of paint say) will not give you the true picture. Keep on your journey, adjust yes, slow down yes, but keep at it.
